Why would they do this?

I went to my favorite restaurant on Saturday, a great little pizza/pasta place down by the University. I've been a regular patron (at least a couple of times a month) for 12 years. The first thing I notice is that they've changed the menu! What! It has been years since they changed the menu, and then, they only updated the look, not the actual offerings. The next thing I notice is that the dinner I usually order is GONE! GONE! I nearly had a nervous breakdown right there. How am I supposed to go on with no pasta?
